The RSA certificate is Nationally Recognised and is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in
an environment where alcohol is available for purchase.
The RSA course will cover topics to help you deal with risk management and compliance issues that you may face during a shift. On completion you will receive an RSA certificate. Our Online RSA unit is Accepted in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia.
After completing the RSA course, you will be able to serve and sell alcohol in licensed premises.
As part of the SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol (RSA Course) you will need to complete a verbal component. It's easy and effortless. Once you register in this unit you will be emailed intrusions. These instructions are also on the 1st slide of the presentation and when it comes time to do the verbal component there is information provided to you on that slide. All you need is a working phone.
If you want to work in a job serving or selling alcohol within Australia, you need to complete Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training. When you finish the course you will receive an RSA certificate. Responsible service of alcohol (known as RSA) training is a form of education provided to servers and sellers of alcohol to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking. In Australia this training is regulated by state laws.
